He's a dude who happens to have held on too long and now must be strapped for cash - irregardless of asking prices, either you're okay with it, or make an offer - doesn't hurt!...LMK asap as I'm looking to PM him soon and score deals for y'all... I'll get him to snap more pix and fire off to those who express interest - then you can make the judgement call on your own...I believe he's legit though, given his collect, where he said he bought them from (a legit seller)...

First of all i'd like to briefly explain this thread..
Basically i've just launched a new website selling sneakers / trainers and part of my plan was to proove all the stock is 100% genuine.
I have been on this website before as i'm a collector myself and i have seen the 'Approved Seller' banner on a few websites.
An obvious thing for me to do was to try get permission to use the banner so i emailed Olly explaining my situation. His reply was simply 'Add a link to your website and the sneaker-heads on there will confirm if they're genuine - assuming you get some sales'.
So last week i properly checked out the site (which is an impressive community) and introduced myself.
Now i've launched the website with the first batch of stock (much more coming soon), so here's the link: it's gone now
I'm just adding the normal banner (not the approved seller one yet) to my homepage in exchange so hopefully everything's sweet.No it aint!

My name is Jyri, being in my 30-ish and coming from Espoo, Finland. Am a music enthusiast, ex-DJ as well as a movie and Superstar enthusiast. Love many kinds of music and good movies preferably with good company.

As for my nick.. well, that's a long story and will tell it some day later.

As for the Superstars.. been into them all my life really, more or less. Got my first ones as a kid and have worn out countless pairs over the last 25 years or so.

Currently own 27 pairs of Adidas trainers. 19 pairs of them are Superstars, 2 are Stan Smiths, 4 are various running models and 2 are sadly 35ths i've confirmed to be fakes and of which the other pair my better half just a few days ago got me as a surprise present for her misfortune. Haven't got rid of those damn things yet and need to sort that deal and seller out to get her her money back.

Does anyone know how Dirty is doing? Or what's going on with him?

I bought 2 pairs of superstars from him but haven't heard back from him in 2 weeks?
