To add a bit more... I am an ex adidas employee working on the global infrastructure side of the house so that's where my sneaker addiction started. I definitely miss the employee discount, but so is life. Occasionally I get a kick back from an Originals Store if I chat up one of the employees. The superstars i've purchased have come with just about every colour other than standard white that i badly need but no one seems to sell replacements.

My band 'Healer' released our first music video last night.
We're an East UK based Hardcore band from Hull. We spent hours in freezing cold dusty rooms to produce this video so hopefully it's payed off.

I'm also representing with my black and white superstars (Couldn't wear anything too lairy even though it is shot in black and white) and it's this sort of music that got me into superstars in the first place from other heavy bands like Deftones, korn etc wearing them on stage

It definitely won't be to everyones taste and I know I'm a newbie, but surely a bit of shameless self promotion is harmless right? hahaha

This is my first proper thread on here apart from my introduction so I'll get to the point already.
I've only been collecting for the best part of around 3 months max. In my first month I bought some fakes. I was uneducated at the time, got over excited, and bought some plain white/black ss2's which after joining this forum I learned were nothing but a pair of shell toe snides!

So! I don't want to wear them anymore. But I'm stuck with them so I want to make something out of them. I've been told about someone once drilling holes in the soles and making them into computer speakers. But apart from that, my friend suggesting using them as ashtrays or doorstops I'm trying to think of decent ideas

Anybody think of anything cool?

Ok, so I have had disagreements with many people about rockin different brands at the same time. I'm a purist: If I'm wearin my Superstars, you bet your sweet tail I'm rockin an adidas jacket. I NEVER wear my Adias and a Vans jacket. Or Vans with my Puma jacket. Am i crazy or more stylishly evolved?

Anybody got a pair of these and if so how are they size wise?

As a casual's fan I keep looking at these (had a pair about 25 years ago or so) but before i splash the cash, wondered if any of you have a pair and what you thought?
