Sup everybody. I'm Joe from New Jersey. My boy lexustek192 hipped me to this place. Just like him I'm a size 13. I harbor a little jealousy bordering on hatred for all you people who have smaller feet because its easier for you to find Superstars in your sizes. But its all love because its all about the awesomeness that is the Adidas Superstar. I've been exclusively collecting Superstars for about 6 years and have about 40-50 pairs. Well it may have been the last time i was on here in 2008 (which i didnt know i had been!)

Hello ive always had at least a pair of Superstars as long back as i can remember and used to have some black suede ones with a white shell and laces that i believe i copied from Fred Durst(!) where the stripes on the side were thicker than normal, im curious if anyone knows what they were? Ive never been able to locate pictures.

The other reaosn i came back is that my OCD got the better of me on a pair of NBA New Orleans Hornets Superstars that i purchased a few years back and im just starting to wear in after upgrading the laces and as i have no idea where i picked them up from i was looking for you serious collectors to hopefully validate them for me? They appear to get the thumbs up on all the signs suggested to look out for and i think they were imported, is it rude to post pics straight up to get your opinions?

I wont be able to frequent the forum often as my collectors side will perk and im already skint from my collecting of blu ray steelbooks so cant have another expensive "hobby"

Just an idea I just had, a place to inform each other of trainers we are bidding on, on the bay.
this way we don't end up bidding against each other pushing up prices.
We can then create a gentlemanly agreement to not poach others finds, good idea or shall I delete?
