Could use a little support/help on this one.

So today the post lady delivers my new Consortium SS 80's and I crack the pack open like when I first opened my spare Star Wars Darth Vader back in the day (insert laugh here)...I go through the requisite once over inspection and then I begin to question a number of things (before I get into my list of ???, I have to note I didn't have much to go on re: how these looked, beyond the exterior/blue snakeskin):

1. There was the dreaded heel tag cutout (actually a very tiny one)...normal with later releases?

2. There is no inner tongue ID (maybe its something that is not supposed to be there on this particular series, but I've never had a pair without an ID in place).

3. The model number is simply tagged on the inner side of the shoe, along with the sizing. I found this odd...

4. The outer tongue trefoil was all in French...that right?

Perhaps points 2-4 are in reference to the old days, ala original soups from France...yes or no?

I got em from a reputable store and I've purchased legit stuff from them before....maybe I'm just super paranoid lately, given the chat around fakes lately...no actual pix of mine yet, but I've attached a few as a Word doc from Freshnessmag.com

Just wondering if I could get some opinion on the technique of displaying a 'RRP' and 'Our Price' on online shops.

To me this is because a lot of places seem to pluck a figure out of thin air for the Retail Price, just to make theres look cheap.

Obviously those figures are made up, but does the fact there is a highlghted saving draw you to purchase things like this?

When purchasing I always consider the actual price, not what is was, and think it is a bit tacky to have this style of pricing. But if it means more sales then I have to try it

Ok, so i work from home.. which means i dont wear any shoes until fairly late on in the day..

(I wear me wellies to walk the dog in the mornings tho, and could i find any adidas wellies? NO! )

Anyway, i was thinking of getting some slippers to keep my feets warm and so i can chase after my dog when she fucks off in the garden..

I have been using an old pair of adidas, but the heel bits are all squashed now due to slipping them on and off..

So i was wondering if anyone knew of any adidas slipper type things?

I thought about getting some of them awful superstar clog things? As they are about the closest to superstar slippers i could think of!

Any ideas?

I don't know what those things are called that you put in your trainer to stretch them out or set a shape. I've seen them in a few pictures of peoples trainers on here.

I wouldn't mind a few. What are they called, can anyone help me out with that?
