To all German members!

I won a Gutschein on eBay for a German shop I want to buy a pair of Supes from. I just went to the site and there's only one pair left. So I ordered immediately. And what do ya know, the fucking Gift card can't be used when I enter the Netherlands as shipping address .

So I need a German address where I can have the shoes shipped to so someone can ship them to me (for € 8,60 I believe).

Who's willing to help me out???

So, as you know, when certain shells are left for a long time, namely dark ones like the IBs or RHCPs, the rubber tends to take on a chalky look to it. Now, some poeple don't mind this and think it adds to the old skool look of the shoe, but I know that a few of you want them to look all spanky and new again and can't work out how.
Well, I may have a solution (no pun intended)
I am currently temping in the motor trade and have found a cleaning fluid that is advertised to "clean and restore tyres and rubber trim to an as new look."
So, I figured this stuff would be perfect for making the sneaks look factory fresh again.
I have gotten a sample of the stuff and will be testing it on a couple of my own dark pairs in the next few days. If it has the desired effect, I will post up my results. Then, if anyone is interested in getting some, just let me know and we'll sort something out.

i bought these online from a shop in hong kong last year in march, sayin they dealt with 'factory defects' which were unsellable on the market, but were still good enough to sell for a discount..they weren't dirt cheap, and i did contact the site a few times before i ordered to ask Q's..everything seems ok, except for the obvious name on the side 'darthvader' instead of 'darksidestar' . obvious stitch error on the side stripe, and you can see the white line where the stripe should line up. it's got the 3M reflective tape, and the sizing fits, it suede (or suede smelling and feeling) [/font] the interior stitching seems to be of good quality. the box numbers line up with the darth vader shoe, but this has the body of the CLOT darksidestar?? fake or just a unique? im really hoping for the later..

We've all been there..You come across that pair you've been searching for years,That must have pair you know won't crop up again anytime soon but...There's a problem!!The seller won't ship or accept bids from people outside his own country.
We've all been helped out i'm sure by people in other countries bidding or picking stuff up for us and shipping them on
Its one of the great things and a credit to ssdb members how far some people will go to help others out.
So i thought maybe an easy to find Thread stating which country members live in would help save time and help trackdown a member who might be able to help with this.
Good idea?bad idea?

Hey everyone!

I'm a Baltimore girl with serious love for ink, Adidas, and hardcore and metal (not necessarily in that order). I'm an editor by day, and do illustration, design, and block printing at night. As far as my love of sneakers is concerned, I'm a bit of a whore, and have what i call the holy trilogy: Adidas, Vans, Puma (in that order).

Superstars are by far my favorite sneaker--right now, i only have 5 pairs, but since my funds have loosened up a bit, more are rapidly coming. My newest pair i had to devise a scheme to get them from Adidas Canada because the bastards wouldn't ship to the US or accept US payments. I had to hunt down friends of friends that live in Canada and would help me out. The first guy agreed to do it for Big Red gum and a variety of flavored Mountain Dews (he got all giddy when i told him i just drank an orange one) but then he flaked. But my friend's sister totally rocked out and came through though, so now my Precious are sitting in my room waiting for a grand premiere (the weather has been iffy and wet here..no way am i rockin those girls with the threat of a Baltimore city puddle lurking).

I have a five year old daughter that is learning to play the guitar and wants to "play like Rob Zombie and Motorhead." God, I'm proud.
Although the other day while perusing some sneaker shops in the hood she pulled a pair of green Nikes off its stand and brought them to me "look mommy, I like these, the green is cool." The salesgirl came over right as i said "yes hon, the color's cool, but those are Nikes. Put those back. We don't wear Nikes in our house."
