hello, my name is Brendan, im irish and i love superstarts, possibly not to the extent of some of you on here but for the last 5 years ive always owner a pair!
and i just bought this super sweet pair on ebay the other day



any how other than that im a long haired metal fan.
i hope to learn lots bout superstars and where to buy them on here!

Almost a year ago, I joined this forum pretty much knowing heehaw about Superstars. I had a couple pairs of NBA's and that was it. I used to go outside, see friends, play football, and all the other things a 25 year old guy should be doing.

Then it started, people showing these Superstars I'd never seen before, 35th's, Vins, Lux's, in colours and styles I could never have even imagined. And I wanted them. I stopped going outside, I stopped talking to my friends, I kicked my football into the neighbours garden knowing full well it would be burst. Now I just trawl the internet, trying to get my next fix. Sitting in the dark, hoping, praying, a pair I wanted would come up in my size.

And this, you pushers, is the result.

Probably shouldn't of taken them anti-biotics and whisky at the same time this morning

I was just gonna write "bow down" in big letters, but then I'd have just looked like (a bit more of) a prick!

Enjoy, any comments gratefully received. Always searching for more, I know there isn't anything that rare, and some of the lacing needs sorted, but I said I'd do this ages ago so thought I'd better pull the finger out.

I bought these after months and months of searching. They were what brought me to this site in the first place. Getting them in any size above a UK10 as authentic is a nightmare and I ended up having to pay a premium to get these myself.

So imagine my horror/disappointment when I got them delivered and found out they didn't fit! I couldn't believe it and kept them simply to admire at the design. I know these aren't everyone's cup of tea.. you either love 'em or you hate 'em, it seems. But I d3efinitely love 'em and will now sell them because I managed, after months and months, to find another pair in a size UK12 which fit me fine. I had to pay a premium that time as well!

Anyway, they come with all artwork and the comic book in perfect condition, the shoes themselves still smell factory new and are unworn.

I bought these a few years ago because I saw them and liked them, knowing they weren't my size I thought I could get away with putting on some thick socks and rocking 'em anyway - it didn't work.

I bought these off Shotta and have never worn them apart from trying to get my foot in 'em when they first arrived.

I was new to Supes then and didn't know you had to buy a foot size bigger than you are for 'em to fit.

Hello everybody. I've just joined this community so i'll tell you guys a little bit about myself. I'm turning 14 in November and i'm currently in my first year of high school. I bought my first pair of Superstars in July of '07 and i've been in love with superstars/originals ever since. The first pair i bought was a pair of Superstar II with green stripes. I can't really seem to find them anywhere anymore. I bought a new pair this August and it's a pair of Superstar 2.5 (i think that's what the box said at least). The colours on it are white, blue, and gold.

I'm sorry, I know this is Adidas Superstar only forum but I learned a lot here about fake shoes and I'm now curious about mine Pumas.

I don't know if they are fake or not, I bought them in Puma only store that I've been buying in for many years now.

The shoes should not be fake, but there are some details that are strange. If you can help I would be very thankful. Problematic are the heel tags and some strange dirt that doesn't come off on the left shoe. Here are the pictures:

Im thinking of opening a website selling clothes and kikz (supes included)
was wondering if you guys would buy off there if you had the urge for more supes or clothes
everything would be real and not going to kid would not be bargain price but average price
just wondered if it would be worthwhile hiring a pro to do a site for me and whether or not i should start selling some gear
would mostly be dedicated to adidas with nike tracksuits etc aswell

Under what circumstances would you consider selling off your collection? I always told myself its something Id never do but my current situation has got me thinking otherwise. The start of the fall semester has left me in a financial bind, classes and books cleaned out my savings. My current living arrangement has all but destroyed my patience, I hate the people i live with and the lack of privacy is a pain. I really need to move into a place of my own but raising the cash to cover moving would take sometime and I feel like im already at my wits end. Its affecting the people closest to me in negative ways and causing problems in my current relationship. Normaly I wouldnt be so strapped for cash but I recently quit my job to help my dad startup a new business and as some of you might know, the money doesnt start flowing right away. It will take some time to see any money that I can actually live off of. Ive applied for a student loan (something else I said id never do!) but if I get awarded anything I wouldnt recieve it for a month and a half. Its all of those reasons that has me concidering the unthinkable. I really really really dont want to sell of my prized possesions, I know there are more than a few pairs I would never see again but I know that the revenue I could make off of them could get me throught this rough patch. I apologize if this sounds like pissing and moaning but I value the opinions of alot of you guys and figure some of you might have been thru this sort of thing before and could offer a wise word or two. Selling would be painful but would it be worth it?
