Alright people,

Just thought I'd introduce myself as the forum requested. I currently have about 25 pairs of trainers and even though I have worn trainers for near on 40 years, its only recently that I start to get a collection (Isn't expendable income great!).

Currently have a varied collection of mainly Adidas trainer, with a few pairs of Superstars thrown in - Adicolor W5's, Rock-A-Fella 35th's, and Top Secret 35th's. Other trianers of note are a pair of Mexico 66 Size 40th Anniversary Release, and Upper Playground Aesop Rock Stan Smith II's.

Almost had a pair of Neighborhood this week, but think they are fake, so bowed out of the deal. Which is why I am here as someone suggested I ask the question about them on here, but as I said, that has been sorted, or at least I think so!

Also thought about getting the Diamond Edition 60th Anniversary Superstar release, but not sure that a relatively standard pair of Superstars with a few diamonds in is much of an effort (though I guess you could say the same with the Top Secret), not sure what people on here think about it anyway.....

So, heres the question, should I wear my Top Secret's out and about or not??

I live in New York and I'm currently attending college which makes it hard for me to buy superstars on a whim
In my spare time I like to produce music, but again college has cut back on that as well.
I've been into superstars since I was about 14, they just appealed to me, I never liked them because others wore them.
I'm German, so I like that Adidas is a German company =D, I'll always support Deutschland!

I was hoping I wouldn't have to start a new thread... but oh well.

Ever since the Purple Consortium Greenstars came out, I've been a huge fan. I love my pair and even though I wasn't impressed by them when I saw the online, when I caught a glimpse of them in person I couldn't break out my wallet fast enough.

There are some new one's on shopadidas.com US. The Blues look sick to me. Looks to be a true adidas blue. I've found that my greenstars fit much bigger than Superstars, almost like Puma Clydes. I can't wear anything smaller than an 11.5US in Superstars, in Puma Clydes I can wear a 10.5US... I'm thinking an 11US is Greenstars to be safe.

I do like Greenstars better than Campus', even though they are similar.

Thoughts on these? anyone else like the Greenstars?
