The time has come for me to shift some of my collection. I'm heading off to university and the pairs I can't justify bringing (either cos I don't wear them enough or don't want them to get wrecked) have to go. Here's what's for sale at the moment (I might add MMVIIs and others later):

SS1 White/Black - 10 UK

Got these off Shotta a while back but only worn them two or three times. Light wear (just creases and a little lettering on the inside).


Kinsey Skates - 10.5 UK

Ridiculously comfy and awesome colourway but just a tad too large for me. A bit of wear on the soles but no major marks anywhere. Come with spare laces.


Underworlds - 10.5 UK


A few little marks but still in great condition. Bought them a couple of years ago from an SSDB member, only been worn a couple of times since then. Come with all the original extras (tags, laces, etc..)


NYC 35ths - 10 UK

These were beaters but I haven't worn them in about a year now. I'd say poor condition for a collector but plenty of life for day to day wear.

So I work in a warehouse and we have to wear steel toe shoes. I've had converse sneakers for a year and need new ones. In my searches for a real comfortable shoe for work, I came across some Superstar steel toe shoes. It was like a dream come true. So I searched on the net...pickyourshoes.com, kixcome.com, obsneakers.com. Pickyourshoes.com, they were all sold out. Kixcome.com: ordered a pair and my order has been "pending" since May. Obsneakers.com: (which i'm skeptical of the authenticity) they send me the wrong shoes. Just frustrating. I realize I'm new to the site and maybe early for asking questions, but I'm pretty baffled. I'm not asking anyone to do the work for me, but if anyone can maybe point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated. If i'm out of line for posting this, I sincerely apologize. hows it all going. im Boz from central London, UK. and have only just come across this site. ( very excited). i've been collecting sneakers now for about 4 years now and am looking to increase my collection with some real special sneaks'. for about 2 years i strickly collected Adidas. ( spend many mornings queuing outside shops at the crack of dawn to get my hands on those ubber limmited sneaks) i hit up as many of the consurtium series as i could and same with the adicolor series. still missing a few key pairs though...... adidas adicolor W1's anyone????????. i have since moved onto some nike sneaks and a couple of reebok sneaks. (loving the new pump series)

i have a total of 21 limmited pairs though out these series and a one pair from the new (ish) starwars series. Consortium Series Neighborhood's being my most loved.

my total collection consists of about 115 pairs of sneaks (all pretty fresh)

when the adidas series came out i got well into putting my own designs onto sneakers and have been doing it ever since. (i have about 30 pairs of plan white adidas shells II, with these designs on) without getting big headed i've got pretty good and would be more than willing to help anyone with techniques or questions on the best way to do this (from my experience).

looking forward to find out what this forum is like and whether im going to be able to get some of those sneaks that I need.

I've been after a pair of Bordeaux's since the first time I saw them on here. I realise that in my daily search, for almost 2 years straight, I've never seen a single pair of them for sale on eBay, and only purchased from one member on here to another.

I know FP's and NHBD's. Unions, Tates etc are rarer in terms of production, but I've seen them around on an almost weekly basis in one size or another - if you've got the money, they'll be around in your size if you're patient.. but Bordeaux's?

What's the rarest supe in your hunting/shopping experience?

I'm quite excited to have come across this site and i'm looking forward to becoming a welcomed member. I'm 29 years old from Buffalo, NY, USA. I've been collecting shells for about 3 years. I bought one and then i loved em. I'm sure my collection of 14 isn't much, but i'm looking to increase it significantly...hopefully with your help. I have so many questions to ask, but I'll hold off cuz i don't wanna cause any problems...not sure how some people take to the new guy having so many questions. I have a few that I have been trying quite hard to find and haven't been able to. Well, I look forward to chatting and hopefully becoming a welcome member of the community. Thanks.
