I realized that I've gotten fat. Had to do something about it so started kickboxing.
Today was the second time and it was already considerably easier than first session on Monday. I live on the fourth floor in an apartment building without elevator and coming down the stairs was rather painful this morning Laughing

Oouch.. I started jogging and after two weeks I have had to take a week off as my knees are fucked. I find sitting on my heels gives those muscles a good stretch, then I jump to my feet in one swift motion, ready to battle.


Yeah, that ain't really happening.

Thought about getting a bike Ben? Much less stress on the old joints and a great way to keep fit and explore the beautiful countryside around your part of the world.
