Gone off the US website. Used to appear right at the top along with a "mi coach" thing. A direct search on Google lands you on a "page cannot be found" page. Was working on a pair for my son for Christmas. Confused

You guys still have it?

Hello everyone!

My name is Erik and I’m a 30-year-old teacher from Sweden. I began my fascination for sneakers a few years back when my brother, a sneaker-head himself, took me to the Adidas outlet in Stockholm. He had voiced his concern over my poor choice of shoes for a while and was convinced he could get me on the right track. Sneakers were something I hadn’t paid much attention to over the years mostly because I figured my big feet would look ridiculous in such an eye-catching presentation. Little did I know that this day would be the start of an expensive and unconditional love for all that is three-striped, and above all the Superstar. I don’t know if it was the fact that the Superstar was the first “real” sneaker I had bought up to that day or the fact that it, in its simplicity, summarizes everything that makes for a perfect sneaker. But from that day on I had a special connection to the shelltoe.

What followed were a few years of buying everything I could afford (I’ve seen you guys trying get fellow collectors to slow down). I actually got a letter from SNS on my 30th birthday, thanking me for the business over the years (as a joke). Eventually I slowed down and became pickier in my choices (I’m sure some of you will disagree) and I’ve sold some of the pairs I bought during those years (mostly Nike). I’ve stayed away from the 35th anniversaries because I missed the train and prices/fakes puts me off. I mostly buy vins, 80’s and the odd Pro Model if I get the chance. Today I own about 150 pairs, out of which about a third are supes.

I’ve been a member here before but my lack of activity got me thrown out in the last purging (I was a lurker basically). I will try to do better this time as I value your collective knowledge and I will try my best to contribute as much as I can as well.

I will upload my collection as soon as I master the uploading procedure.

Thought I'd share with you my small collection of Adidas tops. I am typically a Fila Vintage man when it comes to track tops, but I do like Adidas too, although maybe I was a little hasty when I bought some of these!

Really like this but it does look a bit plastic

Bright green hoody with floc trefoil (have this in black also)

bottle green shiny firebird

Darth Vader Star Wars collection

Another Star Wars track top

This is my favourite as it reminds me of been a kid in the 70's with an adidas track top and all of my swim badges sewn on!

Palmeiras top, bottle green, really nice top

and the most dubious of my collection, proper gramps style!

  YO!

im coming from San Francisco. My sneaker count is at about 75ish. with about 90% of it being adidas. My Holy Grail would probably be the adidas superstar 80's "60 years of Soles and Stripes Diamond." also being in the ObyO collection. here are some sneakers.

Hi everyone!
I decided to join these forums to share some information to the community that helped me to spot fake Adidas Superstar II shoes.

I live in Finland. I own 3 pairs of Adidas Superstar II shoes and i just love them. In my opinion these shoes are perfect just about everything(exept walking through a bog or hunting Very Happy ) Recently i had bad experience buying Superstars(that were fake) off ebay and this community helped me alot in that matter and now i want to contribute something back.

Thats about it. Now to the contributing part...
