Really need to get rid of a few pairs as they are now taking up most of my storage space. Most of these have only had the tags removed and never been worn outside. I've tried to keep the prices down as the shipping is pretty expensive (around £20-25 within Europe). You may not agree with me but if there is no interest in here I will put them up for auction somewhere else . I'll put them all in here, both supes and others. Hope that's alright. I'll be adding more later. Anyway, PM if you are interested.

Well, the short story goes like this.... don't mess around with bleach while you have Supes on your feet. I was only near the bleach for a few seconds and during those few seconds was thinking to myself "this is not a good idea...." and then it happened......

AAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH
so, I decided to just the bleach the entire other shoe and "finish" bleaching the first shoe and this is what I ended up with....

they didn't turn out too bad. i used straight bleach. no watered down version. let them sit in the sun and dry. and then hose them down with 100% water from the hose. still have hint of bleach smell to them, so at least i know that they are sanitary that is, until i get my feet in them the next time. the bleach will probably dryrot them and they'll start deteriorating any time now. can't tell if they are a faint yellow or a bright khaki color. can't decide which lace color to use. the blue laces actually match the "blue" on the shoe. oddly enough, the bleach didn't change the color of the stitching anywhere on the shoe. it didn't change the color of the blue on the tongue logo either, so the blue laces match all of that including the blue logo on the heel.

so anyways, just sharing my tragic story of a great pair of 2000's. believe me, i don't need any jabs about messing around with bleach anywhere near Supes. i've learned my lesson.

plus, who needs Benji to do customs when i've got a bottle of bleach right in my garage

By day I am a service advisor for a Lexus dealership and by night I enjoy watching sports, hanging out with my kids and searching for the next Superstar to add to the collection. Have loved sneakers for as long as I can remember but have been a purely Adidas Superstar collector since about 7-8 years ago. There is no finer sneaker comfort and style wise than the Superstar. I have approx. 80 pairs at this point. I am a size 13 so finding certain Superstars is a challenge. Look forward to chatting with everyone!!

With the release of the Dusty Roses & Chinese New Years and the incumbnent prices that are attached. Can some one far more educated than myself explain the pricing structure of SS2's relative to 80's & Vins.

I can not fathom that Adidas want to charge 105 quid for the Chinese New Years. To put some context on it, the Beauty & Youths were 90 quid and as a lot of you know, the qaulity of those justfies the price(sort of).
So why is it that the prices of "older" styles are costing us more?
Is it simply a case of adding the words "originals" and or "vintage" adds a premium?
Is the manufacturing cost of the different shell toe that much greater?
Is the build qaulity of an 80 or Vin, as an average, 20 quid better than a SS2 or 1?

Whats reckon kids? I reckon they're havin' a larf innit.

Hi all,

I found some supes on UK eBay and the seller doesn't want to ship them to Holland.

The shoes are used and I don't know what condition they are in. The seller won't say because he is not selling them to me.

I need someone to contact the seller and ask about the condition of the shoes and if they are fine buy them for me.
