hi all, I found this forum when I was searching on how to identify fake Adidas Superstars. This is a very useful forum indeed.

BTW, I'm from Indonesia where the fakes and originals are blended together in the market (they even sell both side by side ). based on the information from this forum, I got some hints to spot the fake among the originals or vice versa. So thanks guys.

I'm buying a Black Adidas Superstar II Adicolor. Well, it passes all the originality descriptions posted in here. So I hope I bought an original SSII. Will post the pics of it soon.

I was just thinking of my imaginary wish list and was wondering what you lot would like to see.

First off - I'd love to see some nice simple vintages with a white toe, sole and stripes in a variety of tasteful colours and materials. Like brown suede or blue suede.

I'd like to see more nylon SS2s, just because they are comfy and they never scratched the surface of what cool material and colour combos there could be. These don't have to be so subtle.

I'd like to see some of the old SS1s released too. Again in tasteful colours.

And some blue suede superstar skates would be very welcome...

I'm not too keen on seeing patent ever again though. Especially in conjunction with suede.

My collection is small but I like 'em: 35th Lee Quinones, 35th Graffiti (my everyday wear, and wearing very well I might add) and I'm now impatiently awaiting the arrival my Darth and Yoda's, my latest acquirement.

What's the latest on the soup grapeveine? I've not bought anything for bloody ages now, payday this week though so I may have to make a purchase or 2. My lovely Mrs did buy me that new adidas book yesterday though which was amazing, it's the black one that comes in a little bag, very cool it is. Gives a wicked history of adidas, I'd recommend it to you all!

I've really been getting into sliding, though this cursed rain means I've not been out for a bit.

I've also built a press to make my own boards with kicktails & concave. I'm getting better with each one. Sold a few to mates and hope to get a few into some shops too.

Off to Cadwell Park race circuit on Sunday for a full day's organised sesh. Hopefully I can hone my skills. I canny wait man!

Well, I was recently sittin' home, bored as fuck, and my friend started botherin' me about bringin' my comp for da party, as she don't know what to play, when to play what and so on... And after the new year party she said I did an awesome work with just playin' music from my comp...
So I started thinkin' that maybe I should try doin' sth more about it...

So I got curious what can I do at the begining to check whether the God himself gave me sth more than just some charm and luck when it comes to talkin' with people...

That have lead me to think that before one will spend xxxx of $ on all that stuff, there must be some basic programs for just tryin' how to DJ on your comp... If anyone could advise me what to do and what to look for, I would be greatful

Does anybody know all the different color combos the SS "Splits" were released in? I have the red/black and blue/black combos and have seen the grey/blacks on the bay but Im curious what others were released.
