Ok, so sneakerphile said that the money they make go's towards loads of nasty shit..

So i just wondered what you knew about it?

This is whats said abut the founder of the pizza chain;

"A devout Catholic who has poured millions into religious projects — including radio stations, primary schools and a Catholic law faculty in Michigan"

"Tom Monaghan has embarked on a $400 million plan to build the first town in America to be run according to strict Catholic principles.

Abortions, pornography and contraceptives will be banned in the new Florida town of Ave Maria, which has begun to take shape on former vegetable farms 90 miles northwest of Miami.

Tom Monaghan, the founder of the Domino’s Pizza chain, has stirred protests from civil rights activists by declaring that Ave Maria’s pharmacies will not be allowed to sell condoms or birth control pills. The town’s cable television network will carry no X-rated channels.

The town will be centred around a 100-foot tall oratory and the first Catholic university to be built in America for 40 years. The university’s president, Nicholas J Healy, has said future students should “help rebuild the city of God” in a country suffering from “catastrophic cultural collapse.”

Hmm, sounds like this man wants to change the world Laughing

Im not religious, and not american.. But this guy doesnt exactly sound like hes a "right-wing christian fundamentalist" - it just sounds like he's a bit eccentric Laughing

Heya Very Happy

My name is Alex, I'm 20 and I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I'm a full time computer science student and I work part time in a clothes retail store (and spend most of my pay checks on sneakers)

I own about 12 pairs of Adidas and a few other brands (mostly AF1's), and the need for a shoe-rack is starting to urge (I now keep them in boxes, but they take up a lot of room and with 3 roommates, room is something I don't have right now Wink)

Music-wise I go in every directions possible. I'm mostly into hiphop (lupe, kanye, wu-tang as well as european/french stuff) but I've got my share of rock, classic and electronica (I'm a huge dnb fan) in my iTunes library.

Umm.. I guess that's about it. See you guys around ! Smile

First: Since this is my first post, I'd like to say hello to everybody Wink My name is Alex and I'm from Montreal, Canada. I've been reading for a while but never really took the time to create an account name and post until now.

Now, to the important stuff: I've seen a poster around with all the models released for the 35th anniversary and I was wondering if anyone had come across a high quality png/pdf version of it somewhere?

Thanks Smile
- Alex

Just wondering if any of you can tell me if these are legit or not? The serial numbers are different and everything else seems to check out ok.

[attachment=1126][attachment=1127]

The thing that's worrying me though is a scratch or maybe a leather join that appears on the in step near the front stripe. It starts at the stripe and arches to the top of the rubber sole. It's hard to see in the photos but I was just wondering if anyone has seen or heard of this sort of thing before and whether it's an indication of fakery?

[attachment=1128]

I've tried a zoom in and you can just make it out but my camera isn't good enough to show it up properly. If you click on the pics the more high res shots show it up better but not perfectly. Can anyone help?

hi all
first of i hope im posting in the right part Smile
Right I came across an ebay seller selling some watermelons in my size (10),they wer'nt listed totally right so i thought i could be on to a winner here,so i checked his feedback and other items and all seemed fine,he was actually selling some nice sample adidas track tops that looked fine,so i submitted an offer and won them...anyway a week later they turned up.....instantly i knew they were fake,the weight of the box and the general quality of them.....so i done me research on here,and found out they were indeed fake,6 lace eyelet holes instead 7,there 10's but more like 9's etc etc.....so i contacted the seller told him they were fake but he was having none of it and told me to stick it,so i made a paypal claim and that has been pending for about 2 weeks.....now today they have contacted me and said they now need unbaiseddocumentation from a third party which clearly indentifies the the item as not authentic....problem is it needs to be on letterheaded paper etc...this must be submitted within 10 days otherwise thats it end of claim!!Mad
I contacted MrShoeShotta(thanks TomCool ) about this issue and he has told me that Olstar has just the letter i need and it has proved successfulSmile in the past.....i am determined not to let him win...so any input you guys can give me would be greatSmile
heres the link to the completed auction

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...:IT&ih=018

i will get some more pictures up tomorrow night of different bits of the trainers .

Please tell me im right these are fakes are'nt they?
buy the way i have lots of superstars and adidas trianers in my collection from the 35th series and some form the adidcolor range.....most of the cities,underworlds....and i have just got some vadars!!

thanks all in advanceSmile

What on earth is going on????????

150212404267

And the seller has the cheek to use the word "stunning" when describing them. I never thought I'd ever see a Frankenstein's monster version of a Superstar.
