Love the site…..have loitered on here before but only as a guest. Have bit the bullet and signed up.
Born and bred South London, have a number of pairs of superstars. I’m not a collector, just seem to have about 12 pairs of them, Vintage, Lux FTRs 35th etc along with other retro Adidas Gazelle Vintage, Tobacco etc.
Possibly the oldest person on here at 37 years young and old enough to know better but hey ho!

I was just having a look through the adifans website, as I do periodically and I came across an article on the new range of concept stores. As I was scanning through the pictures I found this one...

How do you guys lace your high tops?

I use a couple of lacing methods in my normal soups:
- thin laces, criss-crossed and mirrored with a bow at the top (usually in vintages)
- phat laces, criss-crossed and mirrored with the ends tucked in

My quandry here is, if you put phats into a promodel, how do you get them to sit right? does anyone do it? and make it look good?
