So.. did the earth move for you??

Ok...so here is my story. I was excited to see a decently priced pair of Vaders on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...:IT&ih=021)

I noticed that this guy seemed to have several pairs, as you can see other pairs in the background. He seems legit, had multiple positives from people who bought other shoes, in addition to the Star Wars themed ones.

Notice at the bottom it says the buyer gets to choose which ones they want, the "black" or the "white" ones. I made the purchase, and made a note in my Paypal payment to him that I wanted the black Darth Vader shoes. I also sent him an email, and another message through eBay.

No response back. Today he says that they are shipped, and to double-check I asked if he had sent the Darth Vader shoes. He then says to me: "you bid the white version, right?!"

umm...damn...what the hell? So...anyway...I have a pair of Yoda's in the mail from Hong Kong, it seems. Anyone interested or have advice? I realize I can file a dispute on paypal and send them back, but I would take about a $40 hit on shipping. Thanks!

i've always liked adidas, not too crazy though. earlier this month, i had a trip to Japan and while i was there, i found a pair of adidas superstar with drawings from skaters (or skateboard artists) and shortly i fell in love. my credit card was okay but for some reason it wouldn't work in the adidas stores, i tried in osaka and nagoya, just couldn't work. came home (Taiwan) and looked everywhere on the internet, and went to all the local stores that i know, can't find the pair. i'm obsessed now!!

I've been wearing these thoroughly for about 2 years now. I walk about 4-5 miles a day in them as well. They are wearing, which makes me sad because I LOVE them! The leather on the sides is starting to wear a little too, although baking soda with vinegar seems to be a really effective means to clean them.

I got them at Footlocker, but it doesn't look like they sell them anymore or I'd buy another pair.

Has anyone had dealings with an Ebay store called Street Heat, or a seller called Strthoke?

He seems to have some pretty good credentials (100% feedback over 8 years or so), and he hasn't been selling pair after pair of the same shoes, but I thought I would check with you guys?

Hey, I just bought a pair of E2E Pro Lawn Skore's on ebay... but I'm a bit worried that they might be fake. I know they aren't all that rare but I'm still not sure. I searches his username on here and whatnot... didn't come up so that's good. The guy's ebay name is "mtcdiscount." I was just wondering if anyone has bought from him before and if he's legit.
