Need some help SSDb brothers and sisters!

Just got some SS1 Lux' today from a UK dude (model # 465472) and wondering why I'm queezy...

1. Box label bang on EXCEPT no 'made in Indo/China' marking
2. No 'made in Indo' on the inner tongue label either
3. The tags are like, from another country i.e. in a foreign language (looks Israeli or something).
4. These feel like crap! Not patent leather hard, not soft leather like SS1/2/vins...more like Caviars or MMVI Lizards...feel kinda cheap.

The seller seemed legit enough - 99+% rating, business ebayer, power seller, etc...also wasn't in our dBase as a faker...

Distance Selling Regulations
