Fake CRK's?
#1

I wasn't aware the CRK's had been faked, anyone able to confirm my suspicions before i lodge a dispute on these.

If they are fakes, there the best made I've seen. Only fault I can find is with the placement of the vent holes.

Box is battered but well made, not sure about the label and placement.

Heel nipples should be ok on a pre 05?

Labels seem to be the give away.

Cheers for any help.

Are you lot making up your own rules about fake spotting ?
There is nothing wrong with those CRKs.
Label placement was only an issue with the 35th release.
Heel clits pre 35th Anniversary were quite normal.

Cheers folks

I realized as soon as Lurking put those pics up that I'd got my serial No's and PIN No's mixed up. Embarassed

Is it just the serialnumber that should differ on both shoes. Then why is it missing on the blue CRK's. They look nice by the way.

I think they introduced the serial numbers in 2003 and that’s why they have different labels.

Blue 11/02

Red 01/03

I quite like the CRK's but I remember somebody saying that they 'fall apart' after a while.

The individual serial numbers for each shoe were introduced in 2003. And yes, the CRK's tend to literally start cracking after a while which is why they do look ok brand new but will look like crap after getting some wear.
