I remember going to a kebab shop at college and a friend had warned me not to get the donnar meat cos it gave him food poisoning. Everyone I was with went for a donnar anyway, I decided to play it safe with cheese and chips. I was the one sprinting out of class 20mins later and emptying my bowels for the rest of the day.
