Hey ya'll, i've had a few people ask about customs recently, mostly about colours I can do. I get my paints from here >The Custom Paint Shop< so any of the Createx colours shown here, thats what I can do (including the pearlised, iridescents and flourescents)

Also, for anyone interested in some customs, MrShoeShotta informs me he has a couple of plain white SS2s available: one UK10 and one UK11.5

Not completely finished as I've still got to dye the inside.
I might also dye the stripes and heel baby blue but for the moment, I'm quite happy with them as they are.
They've taken feckin' years, literally !
But mostly cos I get distracted easily and didn't bother ordering the dye until very recently.
I removed all the paint with abrasives to get it as close to suede/nubuck as possible.
Kind of fiddly if you don't want to destroy the stitching.
Some of you may not know that the upper sides are split between two pieces of leather that are joined beneath the middle stripe.
Unfortunately the front and back pieces were slightly different colours, resulting in the difference in shades from the front to the back.
I'll definitely be doing this again and just hope the leather is the same throughout next time.

Five years ago after Spite got burnt with some expensive fake Tates, I took it upon myself to buy the rest of the fake Consortiums to fully get to the bottom of the issue so we could help people avoid them.
I gave some of them away to the homeless but kept the Unions specifically for this reason.
Didn't want to ruin a genuine pair if it all went tits up.

Wow, I was about to pass out at the thought of customizing a pair of Unions, but then I read they were fake and my blood pressure stabilized again. That is an excellent shade of blue, a definite purchase if Adidas produced some.
