A word of advice is just rev the microwave til it shrivels, if you leave it it'll set on fire and torch your microwave.
Oh what a feelin! When you're dunking, on the ceilin!

I love how threads digress, from Bidding Etiquette to an internet edition of Brainiac in a few pages!

I went to a party at a mates place a while ago where we put every light bulb in the house in the microwave (one at a time). We had to leave after that, couldn't see shit if you moved away from the telly. His Mum was well pissed the next day

RIGHT CHAPS!!!
I have read this entire thread..
First off, i for one only buy superstars that i want, to keep, for myself or my girlfriend.
I dont buy to resell. I dont think buying on ebay to RESELL is fair, as the bargains should be left for the collectors COLLECTIONS.
I also on some levels agree with you mr P...
But, i still belive that an auction is an auction.. and should go to the highest bidder!
SO..
To sort this problem, shall we...
Lock down the for sale forum? So that ONLY members, or ONLY trusted superstar specialists can see it?
Or do we remove it completely?
Or do we have a for sale/ wanted section for random NON sneakers.. and a FS/WTD section that is hidden for sneakers?
The choice is yours!!!

I'm not so sure, if you got an item for sale yourself then you want the widest audience.
It's a difficult topic all this.

I think we should keep the for sale forum but just ban ebay links unless it is a link to your own auction.
99% of the time it's not somebody bigging up thier own auction (which is fine in my opinion) but people just randomly posting up stuff they've spotted on ebay.
Like I say, I'e done it myself in the specialists forum a couple of times but to be honest there's little point. If you clock something you think someone else would like then PM that person with the eaby link.

Sounds about right.
Slightly more work but what the hell.
Pictures alone, no links unless Specialists perhaps.
