My mate has a cracked one, he can just copy games onto the (bigger) hard drive and play them from there.....
Was the PS 3 thread but now it's about general gaming, okay ?

Yeah a mate of mine has just had his done and he reckons its the nuts and only costs ?35 without delivery/collection. Bargain!!

You two aren't seriously saying you've never heard of getting a console chipped? 
Nutters! You get it chipped, it lets you play copied games and with the hard drive you can store full games on there and just play them striaght off the console without even needing a disc
