Damn I got a pair of these from the same guy, They's pretty expensive too. I was a little wary when they turned up. Notmuch i can do about it now had em quite a while. They do look cool under the U.V Light tho. The last set of 'stars i bought came in the old brown cardboard box It was only when I compared it to the Cosmo's that i got (for a lot cheaper than the watermelons) that it became obvious.

Regarding timescale i'm not too sure what Paypals rules are, but it might br worth a check. i've had mine ages too, and the worst thing is i've got an original pair and the differences are huge. But not knowing anything about thrainers etc, ijust put it down to a different batch, it's only after i wore them for about wo weeks solid and they started to fall apart that i thourght shit.
I'm going to contact the seller again today and by the way his number is on his Ebay page, and see what he's saying.
UPDATE:
I have now return 2 of the 4 pairs my friend has the other 2 pairs, i was told that after an investigation if the trainers turn out to be not original i would be entitled to a refund after 30 days, lets see.......
