I've seen fake all blacks, but it was a guy who'd been ripped off and stated they was fakes.

Success! Full refund and an apology. He says he didn't know they were fakes and hasn't had complaints before (not technically true, i found an old feedback for the same shoes claiming they were fakes). To give him his dues though these are the only trainers he sells, everything else is proper running spikes which do look ok. Thanks again for all the help. Now all i have to do is find some real ones.

You'd be surprised how many sellers don't even know they have fakes and they're usually the most sympathetic when they find out because they got ripped aswell when they thought they were getting a bargain. I haven't had one person get mad on e-bay when I ask for pics and then tell them I don't want them because they are fakes (which surprises me). It's usually the dodgy guy's who tell you that you don't know what you're talking about and get mad.

The shoes he's selling bear no resemblance to the ones in his pictures.

Well yeah he must know but some people only selling one pair with all the flaws showing in actual pictures of the shoes can be blind to the facts.
If you want to shut him down make complaints and say that you've seen his wares and that Olstar told you to do it.

I bought a pair from him aswell. Theyre going back, i wasnt sure about them when i first got them, they seemed really poor quality.
