I can't quite see from the picture whether they're metallic or not.

Hi guys, thought I'd say hello, I'm stoked to have found this site - there are too many Nike sites and, all respect, but they just don't do it for me.

I've just recently started getting into trainers more, encouraged by my girlfriend who at her best has had over 100 pairs of shoes. In saying that, I've been an Adidas and Superstar fan for years now.

I currently only have six pairs of Adidas - three pairs of Superstars (Classic white with black, Black etched 35s and Staten Island), two pairs of Stan Smiths (plain white and Evan Hecox San Francisco), and Wilhelm Bungerts (full print)

There are a few pairs I've got my eyes on, but I don't think I'll be buying much till much trip to Hong Kong in August (where I hope to pick up a pair or three...). Till then I'm just saving for the trip, and researching places to buy kicks over there.

somehow, i don;t feel good about them..... the tag doesn;t seem to say "Made in Indonesia", but what are you opinions? I have no idea how to tell the diff..... Thanks....

What other adidas shoes have had shelltoes?

I've owned a few in the past, before the madness set in, and I can't remember what they are. I had a couple of skate shoes with shell toes, but they weren't the same pattern as current superstar skates. They weren't 2G ultras either.

Anyone got any pictures or info of other shells?
