NONE SUPERSTAR!!!
Right i know you guys are superstar through and through, but i want to know what your favorite NONE superstar is. They have to be a pair YOU actually own and they can be Adidas or any other brand.
Obviously pictures/links would be helpful. But i just want to see what kind of kicks you go for other than superstars.
Right i will get us under way

this is not a pic of my pair as i am at work and cannot currently take one, the "DC" logo on the the back is green on mine but otherwise they are the same.
They are the 2nd most comfy pair of kicks i have had, and i think they look ace. They are quite subtle but i think they also stand out(if thats possible)
Yo dudes and dudettes, im rather pleased as my new kicks are finally in my posetion. They were delivered yesterday but there was nobody in and the sorting office closes at 1(i know, its wankerific) so i popped out from work for and hour or 2 to fetch them.
I'm quite pleased with my choice

Please link to the SSDB, and state that the kicks your selling are genuine, and kinda use the SSDB name as a seal of approval - im sure it would help people feel safer when buying..
Instead of flaming the fake sellers (who can sign up for a new eBay account every week if they wish, therefore our job is never ending) why dont we just try and promote the real deal sellers..
I know mr SS already links in to the SSDB on all his auctions, and i feel that other people shoudl do it to.
Then instead of having to check whos on the fake sellers list before they buy, they jsut have to look out for the SSDB banner ![]()

Please post in here if you have used this on your auctions, so that if fake sellers start putting it on theres we can still worm the bastards out!

Don't think these have been posted before, the Crooked Tongues Superskates for the CT BBQ in Bangkok

Crooked Tongues Wrote:Seeing as the reception to a sneak peek that only uncovered part of a sample pair next to an illustration was pretty damned positive, it'd be unfair to not let y'all see our CT BKK BBQ Superskate in its full glory. First things first - why a Superskate? It's a wearable shoe that remains a firm favourite with the CT crew and user-base, still retained a ton of untapped potential in terms of makeups, and looks good with shorts. And when it’s created to tie-in with Bangkok BBQ, compatibility with short trousers is something of a necessity.
Deliberately resisting the temptation to get wild on the Pantone chart, white, off-white and a sparing amount of a rich red seemed to make an effortless impact, but our creative team wanted to let the details get a word in without descending into rush hour and killing the cleanliness of a cult silhouette.
In terms of materials, the stripes have been given the faux-elephant treatment but left neutral to let the texture speak for itself and there’s a fair dose of nubuck on the upper. The external lower side panels have been made from red suede, while their inner equivalents are grey. The red lining is a little more flamboyant than your average, housing a gold printed sockliner, and we’ve added some touches that fall beyond mere aesthetics.
Beyond the return of the Crooked Tongues lettering last seen on our adicolor BK3 release last year, and resurrected here in gold, added continuity and purpose arrives via the rubberized material utilised on the Century’s upper. Used here in white and looking particularly effective on the toe, offering a little protection against any scuffs or surprise summer showers, this addition also discreetly harks back to the timeless Bungert, full or half shell detailing. Beyond the stitched and embossed logo, the leather tongue and toe box have been heavily perforated for added comfort in a hot climate, in addition to the holes between each stripe.
Finished with a vivid heel tab and panel that carries the Thai translation of our mantra and party motto, “Show love and drop knowledgeâ€Â, three sets of metal tipped laces and a gum sole, we’re very pleased with our latest creation. Produced in a limited quantity of 300 especially for the impending event on the 19th of August, they’ll be given to lucky attendees on the big day...
