Light & Totally Orful?
Don't remember seeing OP with regards to a pair of Superstars but it normally means over priced or over powered.
Not seen RT either.
Did you see someone mention that on Twitter, by any chance?

Thanks. What does orful mean? I'm a German and doesn't know this word. Sorry.

This is an OP. Perhaps the 3 stripes are only printed.

And this is a RT. Nobody who's selling them knows the meaning of RT. But RT is printed on label of box too.

Never seen those OPs before.
I'd be slightly sceptical that they are genuine.
I was joking about the LTO, orful is a corruption of the word, awful.
The LTOs were part of an elements pack.
There was a water, and I believe an earth and fire pair.
They all had a monogram logo on the tongue that you could show to your webcam and when you visited a certain page on the internet, a city or some other madness would grow out of the tongue on the screen.
Never got it to work, personally.

I have these LTO. But the same coloured shelltoe doesn't seem to be the special cause I found LTOs with other coloured shelltoe.

I'm pretty sure I'm thinking of the elements pack as being marked up as LTO.
They definitely had a rubber toe.

I thought that the LTO was originally a leather toe. That being said, I've seen rubber and canvas toes on LTO models so I could be spouting nonsense, which wouldn't be a first... dontknow
