Don't come in here very often cos it seems to run fairly smoothly and it just annoys me with my lack of funds.
Ez, that's sun damage.
Put the shoe in a bag, immerse it in hot water for a few minutes, pull the toe down and immerse in ice water for a minute or so.
Repeat.
It should straighten it out.
