I tried being the understanding buyer even when the story (in july) got a bit more incredible than one would find believable - but I gave you the benifit of the doubt.
But now you have completely stopped responding to PMs, emails (I can see the you have received them and read them). I can learn to live with losing 300 dollars but I cannot wrap my head around how a member of this board with such a high reputation/rating can screw people over like this?!

Sadly... this is very true...
I have no idea if the shoes have been shipped or not 'cause I get no reply from Inphinity...
In July he wrote me that he had shipped them but that the package was returned, while he in the meantime had moved due to problems with his parents. He then promised to get the package from his parents house and ship them again WITH tracking and a fourth pair as a compensation. This was 4 months ago...
And since then... Nothing

Inphinity, if you read this, do the right thing and find the money to ship Flindt's trainers to him!

Firstly, you shouldn't have been buying, really, and Inphinity shouldn't have accepted your offer, but yeah yeah, money's money, and all that.
But more importantly, handing over $300 to someone you barely know cos you've hardly been on the forum, to get to know, is just plain stupid.
I'd trust most of these chaps in here with £100 but very few of them with more than that.
I need a laptop from the US badly but there's no fucking way I'd transfer the money over for that to any of 'em.
We may share an interest in trainers but that's where the known similarities end!
Some of these cunts could be murderers, rapists, or Michael Jackson fans for all we know!

Yeah you're most likely right. I was naive and thought since the money changed hands through PayPal it would be safe but that was not the case... sadly
I had a good feeling 'bout this board... Felt like everyone had a mutual respect for each other as we share the love for these trainers/sneakers. But sometime people surprise you in a bad way... I will always believe in the best in people and if Inphinity should show up with a plausible explanation I might give him a second chance eventhough that seems highly unlikely

People reach the bottom of a barrel and can't even scrape together enough money for a decent meal and want nothing to do with their parents whose house their trainer collection is still at.
Something happens further down the line and bridges get mended.

Yeah, I think pure is pretty spot on there. Everytime I dealt with him he felt like a stand up guy. Always reasonable prices and always forthcoming about condition. Bought my red whizs, blue-striped consorts and baby blue patents from him on different occasions.
A few strange things though
I tried to buy these 90s Pro Mods a while back but he said he didn't know what I was talking about. And I remember seeing a TIW of the baby blue patents I bought but the tags were still on when I got them

Don't like hearing this at all. TBH, Rey and I were Facebook friends and from the pics he was posting around the time he decided to start selling, I think he was getting a little to involved in 'dance culture'.
