I always wear a back brace now for snowboarding after doing a very convincing scorpion impression.
Probably would if I was doing that kind of thing as well to be honest.

Honestly mate , well done on your return to mountain biking after that injury . Life kicks us all in the goolies every now and again but you just need to get on with it !

Welcome back to the boards MB and well done for getting back on the bike too, big respect. A German friend of mine had the exact same accident/injury as you almost 6 years ago and hasn't cycled off-road since.
