Anyone recommend a decent pair of sunglasses that do their job well?

. . . I'm a right miser when it comes to sunglasses. Two for one at boots at the start of the summer . . . sorry I can't help.

My mother is a dispensing optician, like most things you get what you pay for.

Bolle, Persol, Ray Bans, Police, they all do their job very well (not the fake ones) and they all cost.

As an aside most Opticians buy Oakleys wholesale for around £20-£30 per pair, then sell them to us Mugs for over 100 notes. Confused

fc wears prescription shades

Thanks
will look into some ray bans but im not paying over the odds,
like you say fc i know how the opticians operate, they charge over the odds, specsavers being the worst for something which costs a lot less.
