Been grabbing a few minutes here and there at work for a little project. Sorry about the shit camera phone pics.

Started off with some masking tape templates.



Midsole and shell assembled.



After some shaping and welding.



All finished, tried a few variations with thicker and fatter laces but I just couldn't get them to sit right.



Powder coated white, hopefully if i get time this weekend I'll add some colour and detail.

I almost liked it better when it was rough metal, but it does look nice and clean too in white, and if you plan on painting it that would probably work out very well too.

Any chance you could do a size UK 11 superstar vintage?

It's roughly a full size UK10.

I had a nightmare with the laces, thought about just leaving the holes then putting a proper lace in at one point, but managed to get them sorted in the end.

Going to keep the paint work simple as my artworks not up to much, if I do balls it up I can always shot blast it all off and polish it up again.
