A well deserved victory for the Germans, the English defence was horrible with moments. But what if Lampard's goal would have counted... The first game this world cup that I enjoyed from the first to the last minute.

Yes i would hazard a guess that bringing on Hodgson rather than Heskey would have been more productive.

I think capello will resign with some shady pay off from the FA....His record is very good and i don't doubt he's a good manager but obviously not right for the England job..As bluemoon said he's fullashit to some point by not picking on form but saying he is and is statement after the game "we played well" well...thats laffable.
Personally i'd give the job to stuart pearce and alan shearer jointly and let em get on with injecting passion and an understanding of how england should play.
(yes i am tempted to say redknapp but i don't wanna lose him from spurs)
Finally i just wanna say although i don't rate him peter crouch as an outstanding scoring record for england and cappello never gave him a sniff when he's more prolific for england than any other striker.......No comment on fooking heskey coming on to save us thats just too funny.
No doubt truth will all come out now about how unhappy the camp was,how roonie was injured and not fit etc etc etc..Normally when we lose its because were either unlucky or beaten by some magic..but always with passion and fighting for it..Both have been missing all world cup
