So far there's only argentina to fear and glad i backed them at 11/1 to win the worldcup now.
Looking very strong indeed although they look like a decent team will punish that defense.
All the other teams seem to be struggling much more than england thats for sure.

It's not the size of the feet!!it's the amount of quality on em

Laughing i did pure ofcourse..but no offense but it was against australia!!!a 10 man australia at that!!!And one clearly lacking mark viduka who hasn't been replaced since his retirement. That game completely changed when they went down to 10men and lost there best player tim cahill.
Not really the game to judge how good germany are imo
Germany are always good at tournaments thats a given but i think australia flattered them in the 1st game but we shall see Smile England will beat em in the quarters anyways

I probably won't even get to watch it.

Sad

Germany were already on top before Cahill got sent off.
The result was inevitable.
Just exaggerated perhaps.

Germany were always on top, and were always going to win.

but with Cahill on we had an attacking point, and a man that took up a german player or two.

going 10 men to a bullshit call against a team who is already dominating, makes things even worse. i knew we wouldnt win, although hopeful i was... but by that much?

anyhoo, Greece!!! yay hahah a hope for the next round lol woohooo first world cup goal/s in our history!

with our formation and no true striker on the field we were doomed from the start.

I don't think you'll get a true picture of how good germany are till possibly they play ghana in there last group game.
As for the England game i'd expect afew changes and gareth barry is deffo playing, unfortunately that normally means gerrard is shoved out on the left!! (still don't understand why england didn't take a naturally left footed player aka andy johnson) I'd also play greene in goal again cause dropping him will kill the lad but if he does drop him i'd rather go with joe harte than calamity james
I'd personally drop lampard and play barry and gerrard in the central midfield and shaun wright phillips on the left with joe cole given a free role just behind rooney.
Can always switch joe to the left and bring on another striker if its not working without too much fuss.
My prediction...England 2 (or more) algeria 0
Be good to see what happens in the usa v slovenia game which is before the england game which can only benefit england and we'll know what we need to do
