So anyway, this iPad, been reading more about it today. Pretty damn sweet! The screen looks crisp and clear and the size isnt too bad really. Surprised they havn't allowed for multi tasking though, would have thought they would have included that on this being that its a meatier, much faster machine...
I like it, but its not a life changing bit of tech really is it?

Who the hell would actually take something like that if you can get real computer with same specs and same money? Plus you get keyboard and multitasking and what not!

Nope, no multi tasking which is really stupid. And yeah the pdf thing is a bit of a fucker too. Its a real nice looking gadget, and would be a nice toy for an apple lover to tinker with. But it does seem to me that they have missed several key things out. It's still impressive, but just not quite there, perhaps they will release another iPad later in the year with those bits. Or maybe to an OS upgrade download (al-la iPhone OS update last summer that allowed 3G users to cut copy and paste text, and to compose texts in landscape mode...) later to allow for multi tasking or support for pdfs?

I was think along the same lines as sab until I clicked the link as saw it was a real thing.
Not an apple fan at all but was impressed at first and reasonably cheap but the more i read the more it just sounds like the usual apple shite, not for me at all
