I think the subway carrages on the instep are way too low down for them to be real, that and the overall shape.
And simply, just dont pay. Notify ebay that they are fake and they should remove them.

hmm, is it worth paying, seeing when they arrive, then if fake contact Ebay?

Sounds like wishful thinking fella, simply not worth the hastle.
But they just dont look right and according to fakeadidas the print on the fakes is much lower than the real ones.
