Neither of them are nice really, even at £39.99, and the laces that come with them are REALLY shit.
Avoid them, loadsa chavs have been buying the black ones lately, and im sick of lacing them for display now.

The black ones, they'll definitely go up quicker and give off more heat due to the higher pigment content in the black dye. You are on about which ones would be better to start a fire with, right? Cos that's all these two are good for
