They are a "used" pair, so fairly sure the seller either didn't realise they where fakes.. Or someone told him they where fakes and he decided to get rid on ebay.

Not worth sending em back all the way from Cyprus..

I'll probably get shot down for this.. but apart from the dodgy laces (a bit too short) they are actually quite a comfy and well built pair, so they'll do for work!

The things that are making me wonder are
1. Adicolor written just after the last stripe at the same angle.. can't remember seeing this on any genuine ones?
2. Adicolor is written inside the shoe (where you heel goes) and is rubbing off already even though they haven't had much wear (Should they even say adicolor here?)
3. This is the main thing.. the adicolor strips are separate rather than in a set of 3 (like in the template on the forum) do any Adicolor's come like this, or is this pretty much a certain fake?

They could be fake but -

1. The genuine version have this too.
2. The genuine version have this too, how do you know how much wear they've had? They look beat up to me.
3. You bought used shoes so the previous owner obviously cut the stripes up - fake and genuine versions would come with stripes in sets of 3.

So they could be fake but could be genuine - it's harder to tell with worn shoes.

What is the stitching / build etc like and do they have heel tags? Can you take better photos?

I was starting to think that there was never a genuine version of this supe made, although this has given me some hope in the fact that they are genuine.. they are VERY good quality stitching and build quality wise.

3. They don't appear to be cut.. i'll post some photos of the stripes when i get back, but as you say you'd expect a good fake to come with them in sets also.

I'll take some photos tonight and get them posted.

Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this before i had to get the explosives out!

The guy who i brought them from has got back to me.. he brought them off ebay, although again second hand, so finding out exactly where they came from is going to be a bit hard!

streak - They look identical to mine from the pics, what is it about mine that makes you think that they are fakes? How do you stripes come? Also if you can confirm the art number that would be useful
