Hi All,

I'm 32 and live in Newcastle, in the north east of England). Got my first pair of shell toe's in the 80's around the same time as my raleigh striker lol! Oddly I never really bothered with trainers in the 90's but since I spotted and bought a pair of W5 superstars about ten years ago I've looked out for them ever since. Wouldn't describe myself as a massive follower of hip-hop, but I'm still a fan of the music/fashion/style - possibly why I love superstars so much - then again it could just be for nostalgic reasons or the fact that they're just fu**in great!

yeah perhaps my first pair weren't w5's lol! - reckon i got my first w5's from none other than mrshoeshotta around 3 years ago. it's all down to personal preference but i love the clean look of these trainers. got a couple of pairs of w5's right now, one pair well worn, the others come out the box like once a month lol.

not a toon fan thankfully - more into biking than footy.

anyone bought from trainer station before? also, where's the best place to look for upcoming designs\styles etc?
