Lorrie I've no idea why you're on about Toronto... the only reason Berlin is / might be getting these is because they send out their 10th Birthday pack to both NY and Tokyo. It was an O-Store trade. Nothing says the Tokyo (and NY for that matter) have to reciprocate, though that'd obviously be shite if they didn't.

Thus, along the same lines of logic it MAY be possible that the NY O-Store gets 'em too... however I've no information regarding this what-so-ever.

I've heard gusts of a drop on the 20th but again I can't confirm this either.
