Funny how over time you become so selective with trainers. When I first started collecting I bought pretty much any model from any brand (that I liked) Over time I narrowed it down to just adidas. Then to just Superstars. Now it's really just one (ok,two) specific models of Superstar. Soon I'll have whittled it down to only collecting Vins, made of Nubuck or Suede, in tonal variations of blue or red. Maybe.

I prefer those ebay ones over the ones from size but it's all about the SS 80's.

Just picked mine up, definitely purple imo, I am colour blind though, would post a pic but its not very obvious in the image.
They definitely rock, and like the blue on the heel more than I did originally and the fact that theyre suede is a nice touch

Yah mon...I've saved a tonne, not having to buy the crap SWars stuff...I don't own any of em, proud to say! And thats sad since I'm a big SWars fan...

Yeah, I'm on the same page as you all... not diggin' those in the least bit. Only models from the Star Wars series that I do like aren't supes...
