The blue plaque is a (mostly) London thing that commemorates buildings where famous people have lived http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_plaque

When the 3M reflects the grey changes from grey to white, this includes the writing in the plaque, I agree that it doesn't look as nice when the writing is grey. Have you seen pics with the 3M reflecting?
