From what i've learned the size conversion is 1.5 between men's and women's so if there ever was W 12 US, it would be M 10.5 US / M 10 UK.
Women's sizes don't usually go further than 11 US / 10.5 UK but with my simple math W 11 US would indeed be M 9.5 US / M 9 UK.
