I love it, yes its oversized, but still looks sweet
they usually use a M when they photograph stock, so for L+ sizes the logo might look slightly smaller on the shirt, depending if they change the design size or not for each size.

From what i've learned the size conversion is 1.5 between men's and women's so if there ever was W 12 US, it would be M 10.5 US / M 10 UK.
Women's sizes don't usually go further than 11 US / 10.5 UK but with my simple math W 11 US would indeed be M 9.5 US / M 9 UK.
