I did that with a pair - they were shipped from china even though the seller was in England!

I opened 'em up, took 1 look at them, & got straight on the sellers case via email.

He promised me a refund but after 3 weeks of waiting, it still hadn't come, so i logged the 1st stage of complaint with paypal (i couldn't with ebay though as i bought them direct from the seller for £50 even though he had them up on the bay for £140 "Buy it Now")

So i searched on google as he had an unusual name, got a few leads, phoned about & tracked him down, then i managed to get hold of his number so i phoned him up...

He was a little shocked to say the least!

After a few choice words & a threat of a me paying him a visit, he promised me he would post a cheque straight away as his paypal account had been frozen from other unhappy people - the following day my cheque came & it cleared no probs - but others have left him negative feedback on ebay as they've lost their money & now he's no longer a registerd user.

I ended up putting them in the Sally Army clothes bin - i just hope they haven't sold them on as adidas trainers through 1 of their charity shops!

Moral of the story is if you receive fakes, get straight on the case to ebay & paypal & get your refund before it's to late as you only get a limited time to do it!

like t2r said open them and see the actual product urself. let andy know b4 u do this, or u can go ahead and open n pack it up again, if he gets funny with u just let him know u wanted to c if they were real as u may have been over reacting, take sum pics 2 and post dem up here.

About refund trying getting him to refund u b4 sending item bak. I had to do this once with a guy (ebay id: paronoid_president) who sold me fake disneys the pics on auction were authentic but i recieved fakes with a lot of hassle & convincing that i will return his fakes back man gave me ma money back and i sent him da fakes back has i didn't want them nasty shits taking any space in my room.

Looking at wht he wrote back to u it does show man has no belief that his shoes will pass as orignals, then why state 100% authentic on auction page, fuking joke!

HAHAHAHAHA. Well that made my day! I may need your assistance if things don't go as smooth in getting my money back. I did let him know when I was pissed that I was going to open them up and look at them. I will definitely post some Hi-Res pics once they are received.

Soo... I was going through his old emails, he's sent me about 20 so far. Found this part that I must've glazed over.
