I just ordered two pairs from an ebay seller. I am about 97% sure these are real but I would love anyone else's opinion on them. The guy seems very solid, very friendly and I guess I'm just being overly paranoid. Is it just me or was the 35th Lee Q. versions one of the only ones made without the eyelets??

Anyone see anything that would lead them to beleive these would not be the real deal?

to be honest I'm not 100% convinced they're legit. They look a bit too shiny and the laces are not packed properly. Also, some of the models from the pic with all the 35th models look a bit off too. The Run DMCs should come unlaced with all 3 pairs of laces in plastic, the Bad Boys shouldn't have spare red laces, the Adicolors should have all 6 pairs of laces in one plastic bag rather than 2x3, etc.

Also, the assembly of the LQ's he currently has up for auction looks a bit dodgy where the 3 transparent red stripes meet the stripe with the laceholes (if that makes any sense).

the lace bags are too big, they should be small with the laces folded a lot.

Like i said earlier i'm taking to guy about buying the LQ too. but if he Already sold a couple of LQ to SHELLTOEs how many does this man have n r they for real!

Heres a newbie question from a newbie kicks fan when u talk about eyelets are u taking about the holes where the laces go through?

Some Superstars just have holes for the laces and some have eyelets which are metal rings around the holes for the laces. Hope that makes sense.

Nothing wrong about asking questions mate, that's what forums are made for too.

All i can say is if you are unsure about buying a pair of the SS because you might think they are fake (which 75% on ebay are at the moment) then dont buy them you need to be 100% sure as i hate hearing that people have been rip off from wank seller's of ebay

We will get they in the end to stop the fake seller's

PP are fake, laces arent in bags properly and trainers are laced not as adidas lace them

soulstar, whats the word on the PP's?

I wrote the guy (Andy) last night to find out if he had a tracking number for me... normally he's been on the ball with repsonses but haven't heard from him basically since I paid. Once (and if!) I get them I will take some more flix and post them up here. Already dreading if they aren't real and having to return them... dammit.
