Well I might as well introduce myself rather than just sitting behind the scenes and browsing. My name is Leo and I live in Reading, PA (USA). Been a skater/ surfer all my life. Always listen to hip-hop and even still have my first vinyl from Tommy Boy Productions. Ahhh, the good ol' days!
So I am getting into collecting a bit late in the game, I am 40, started collecting couple weeks ago... but I have been rockin' Adidas since I was 5! As far as collecting goes... I have no idea where to start or what to look for since I NEVER looked at Adidas/ shoes in this manner. I just love shell tops and buy what I think looks cool.
Anyhow a couple weeks ago I picked up a pair of Superstar II's for 40 bucks and that might be what started this sickness up. Gotta be honest, I started a Jordan/ Nike collection too.... but my heart lays with Adidas all the way baby!! I have a looooooong way to go yet I know.... but it will be fun.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Hope I learn much, see plenty, and can share a little.
Only 6 pairs right now, 3 pairs of Stan Smiths and 3 pairs of Superstars. I will post my meager start in the "Collection" forum.
