I got a brand new iPhone 3GS today after returning mine 2 weeks ago because of dust behind the glass screen. That's the 2nd time I received a brand new phone in 1,5 years. Great service Apple!!!

Maybe, but it was sent by my providor (T-Mobile). What if it got lost (stolen) in the mail. I could never prove that I didn't receive it. On the other hand, they can't prove I received it either

Lucky you to have iphone available on t-mobile. For the longest time people here had to deal with at&t being the exclusive provider for the iphone...worst service provider ever. Guess that's why I prefer android phones.
