They play football in Africa? I thought they just keep in shape by harassing and running away from lions and other predators.
Seriously, what happened to the Togo team was unfortunate... things like that shouldn't happen in modern age but sadly they do.

Most matches are showing on Eurosport. I believe the bbc are showing the semi-finals and final.
Just read that Togo are officially disqualified cos the CAF were demanding that the tournament schedule was followed. Togo wanted to return after the official 3 day mourning period announced for those who died in the attack. Ghana and Ivory Coast were happy to reschedule.
Would you be good enough to participate in this morning's edification?
