Why would they have stopped making such highly popular TV show? After the original show ended in 2001 it was out for a while but was soon reintroduced and has been massively popular allover ever since.
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.

yes but everytime ive been watching it on bbc it seems to be a series that ive watched. reson why im asking is because im a great fan. i think ive watched all of them

Haha yeah they do rerun episodes quite often it seems. For a TV show that in its original form has been around longer than i've even lived, is amazing for something i actually like as mostly any TV show that's been aired this long, have either been out of ideas for a long time already or are just some stupid telenovelas/soap operas.
Doing nothing is very hard to do... you never know when you're finished.

they even sold the rights to the show to Australia so we could make our own series which is slowly picking up in popularity.
Top Gear is a huge worldwide franchise... so yeah, ofcourse the series has been cancelled...
