I've asked the guy who I got my mega-deal off to give me a tracking number...beings as it's been 7days since I won the auction.

Unsurprisingly, he hasn't responded.

What should I do here? I've paid him, and want the Supes, but as I said before: if I were him, I wouldn't send 'em either.

Threatening him with ebay or neg rep is meaningless, and asking for my 'money' back would be what he wants.. so do I just wait this out and hope, or try and do something pro-active?
